As a cassette you are tethered to a long stretch of tape. You control a set of old cassette tapes, playing through the music they contain, while fighting neon, three dimensional shapes. This game was made for the Brackeys 2020.2 Game Jam. Kaset is an Arcade Space Shooter inspired by 80's arcade graphics and the synthwave music genre. And some more stuff I might have forgotten.Buffing cube enemies by making their projectiles go through other enemies.Level completed menu appearing much earlier after song has ended.Less downtime in all levels (Adjusting difficulty stars accordingly).Balanced Rewind ability by adding short cooldown period.Added Escape Key as secondary way to pause game.Added 5th level with new weapon + music!.
